8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with In The Drink Golf until full payment has been received.

9. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving goods.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused,

  • In original packaging,

  • With tags attached where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after returned items are inspected.

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Personalised products,

  • Gift cards,

  • Hygiene-sensitive items.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
