1. Do You Ship Internationally?
No, currently we only ship to countries within the UK. We are looking at expanding to Europe and North America very soon, so stay tuned!
2. When will my order be dispatched?
We ship all orders the same day when placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes — all UK mainland orders are sent via next working day delivery when ordered before 3pm.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from the mainland UK.

1. What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original condition.

2. How do i start a return?
Simply email returns@inthedrinkgolf.com with:
Your order number,
reason for return.
We’ll send you the next steps.
3. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
4. My order hasn't arrived - what should i do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbours or a safe place
Contact the courier directly
